  • The necessary gas/safety check has been conducted and all meters are read to ensure you are not paying for someone else's bill.

  • You have a legally binding Tenancy Agreement to rent the property for a set term, agreed and signed prior to moving in.

  • You have an ongoing professional contact just in case things do not go to plan. Your deposit is held securely and as you pay your rent it is clearly ticked off each month.

  • Any problems with the property will be sorted out fairly to allow you to continue to enjoy your new home.

  • We also offer special “discounted” Contents Insurance from just £1.20 per month

  • And also FREE ASU protection just in case you lose your job or have an accident that prevents you from working your rent will be paid for 12 months. This is free for your first 4 months of your rental period thereafter it is approx £11pm to cover £200 of rent.

2.  An application fee of £95 incl. VAT per person (non refundable).  Inventory Fee £60 incl. VAT.
